We were invited to their Network Solutions account at the time which is the Registrar for this new domain. 

We wanted to perform domain redirecting (Web Forwarding) in Network Solutions but the option never became available. 

I guess this is because we had just performed the domain transfer and Nameserver reset. 

This space on our staging server is supposed to be temporary until we can get web forwarding properly configured on Network Solutions.
